Teatotaller Cafe is on a mission to make downtown New Hampshire fun, friendly, and fabulous. Tempting tea blends, bold boba flavors, an exquisite espresso bar, and drag shows to die for all come together to create the queer hipster oasis you’ve been searching for. Our scratch menu is flavorful, satisfying, and accessible for (almost) all palettes. We are looking for talent to help be a part of a new vision for cafes.
This is an opportunity to work with an upbeat team with shared values and a commitment to creativity. Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm to the service counter and pride to their craft—whether pouring lattes or putting together their best 80s diva mixtape. Proven track record of collaboration a must. Willingness to bring new ideas to the table a bonus.
Positions are both specific and generalist. All crew members are responsible for supporting multiple stages of Teatotaller operations, including opening/closing, order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, as well as being a utility player in other support roles where necessary to grow the business.
Prior cafe, kitchen, or retail experience is required for *most* positions, but Teatotaller is committed to training candidates to learn our approach and grow into new opportunities.
