Teatotaller Cafe is on a mission to make downtown Concord fun, friendly, and fabulous. Tempting tea blends, bold boba flavors, an exquisite espresso bar, and drag shows to die for all come together to create the queer hipster oasis you’ve been searching for. Our scratch menu is flavorful, satisfying, and accessible for (almost) all palettes. We are looking for talent to help be a part of a new vision for Concord’s next destination.
This is an opportunity to work with an upbeat food service team with shared values and a commitment to creativity. Liveable wages, flexible schedule control, and industry-rare benefits are just the start to developing a strong and productive team. Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm to the kitchen and service counter and pride to their craft—whether pouring lattes, piping French macaron, plating the perfect breakfast sammy, or putting together their best 80s diva mixtape. Proven track record of collaboration a must. Willingness to bring new ideas to the table a bonus.
Positions are both specific and generalist. All crew members are responsible for supporting multiple stages of Teatotaller operations, including opening/closing, prep/line cooking, order fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, as well as being a utility player in other support roles where necessary to grow the business.
Prior kitchen/cafe or retail experience is required for *most* positions, but Teatotaller is committed to training candidates to learn our approach and grow into new opportunities.
